Tips for Sleeping while practicing Semen Retention

While practicing Semen Retention you may notice trouble sleeping. As you retain more semen you will naturally have more energy and sex drive. This sex drive will cause your body to get hotter and create more agitated thoughts. You will notice heightened sexual desires which may cause more sexual dreams. Here is the good news. This doesn't last forever and can quickly be transmuted through sexual alchemy breathing techniques. Specifically the Triple Heater which I demonstrate in the video below.
