4 Supplements/Herbs that will boost T-Levels

If you been connected with me for sometime you know the importance of keeping your testosterone levels high. Why is this important? At the most basic level, Testosterone is what makes you a man, both physically and mentally. If you want to have a high libido, loose fat, have endless energy and become a POWERHOUSE man, you need to avoid becoming a modern, feminized low-T man. The modern world is killing your Testosterone. From sedentary lifestyles, sugar addiction, weed/alcohol, social media, toxins in your food and pornography, no wonder men are becoming feminine. You have been sold a lie! You have been told all these things are good for you and make you a man. It's not an overnight journey to returning back to true masculinity, which also means, most men will not do it. Here is the good news for the man who is willing to put in the hard work for the next 3-5 years, the world is yours! If you dedicated yourself for the next 3-5 years to overcoming addiction, working out, making money and the pursuit of self mastery, there is ZERO doubt, YOU WILL join the ranks of the Top 20% of men in the world. Here are 4 supplements you can use to help boost your T Levels. 1. Fadogia Agrestis This is a plant that when consumed, acts very much like Luteinizing Hormone (LH), which is responsible for stimulating your testes to produce more T. Similarly to how endocrine disrupters will mimic estrogen, the primary female hormone in the body, a lot of herbs can mimic the male hormones in the body. 2. Tongkat Ali This one is potentially very useful. A lot of guys have complained to me that they have high SHBG ( sex hormone binding globulin, which binds to the testosterone and reduces the 'availability' of it), and this, when combined with lower total levels, can very quickly lead to hypogonadic symptoms. Symptoms of adult-onset hypogonadism include:

  • erectile dysfunction.

  • low sperm count.

  • depressed mood.

  • decreased libido.

  • lethargy.

  • sleep disturbances.

  • decreased muscle mass and strength.

  • loss of body hair (pubic, axillary, facial)

Tongkat Ali reduces SHBG levels, AND increases total T levels. Meaning that you're getting a nice double pronged lift on the overall amount of testosterone being used by your body. 3. Ashwagandha This is one has been proven time and again to reduce cortisol and relieve stress. The best thing about having it in powder form is you can just mix it in easily with an evening protein shake or something along those lines. If you have a more high stress lifestyle (kids, finances, working hrs etc.) then Ashwagandha is definitely one to look at. 4. Testogen. There is a very strong chance that most people, especially when in a calorie deficit, are deficient to some degree in magnesium, zinc, vitamin D, or B6. They also aren't taking boron or D Aspartic Acid. I am not a supplement pusher Personally I avoid taking anything, however in this modern world where soil and nutrients are being depleted, supplements can help boost your energy and give your body the vitality it needs. Of course, if you are eating healthy, getting rest, practicing semen retention, working out and avoiding intoxication, you won't need these. If you find yourself needing some extra help, use supplements to get to where you need to be and then go as natural as possible! Hope this helps you, Nakula
